Everyone has their own idea of the perfect guacamole. For that reason, I have given you the
most basic recipe to follow. From there you may choose to add ingredients that you enjoy, like
chopped garlic, cilantro, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, tomato or more nontraditional ingredients like
chick peas, greens, bell pepper, fresh basil or mint. If you add a lot of extras, remember to taste
your guac as you go, so you will know if you will need any additional citrus, salt or Pachamama
Lama! If making a batch of guac for a crowd, try using an old school potato masher to get those
avocados softened into your desired consistency.

2 Ripe Avocados
1 T. Pachamama Lama
1 T. fresh Lime Juice
½ tsp. Salt

Mash the avocados, then fold in the remaining recipe ingredients as well as your person
favorite add-ins! When serving your guac, beautify it by adding a dramatic sprinkling of
Pachamama Lama over your final presentation or top it with any remaining herbs or
vegetables. Then, Bring the Party!
